Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the terms
By downloading, installing, or using the SignQuick application, or by accessing thesignquickapp.com website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
To use SignQuick, you must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.
2. Description of the service
SignQuick is an electronic signature platform that allows users to:
- Upload documents (PDF, PNG, JPEG) and send them for signature
- Generate unique links that allow signers to complete signatures from any browser
- Manage signature requests, history, and traceability from the web dashboard or iOS app
- Maintain audit records of completed signatures
3. Registration and account
You must create an account using Google Sign-In to access the dashboard. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of access to your account
- All activity carried out through your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Signers do not need to create an account to sign. By signing a document, they agree to the electronic signature clause displayed on the signing page.
4. Validity of electronic signatures
Signatures completed through SignQuick constitute simple electronic signatureswithin the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS) and Spanish legislation on information society services.
The legal validity of an electronic signature depends on the applicable jurisdiction and the type of document. SignQuick does not guarantee that signatures generated through the service are legally binding in every legal context. For documents that require an advanced or qualified electronic signature (wills, notarized instruments, registrable powers of attorney, etc.), you must use services specifically certified for that purpose.
The user requesting the signature is solely responsible for determining whether the type of electronic signature offered by SignQuick is sufficient for the document in question.
5. Acceptable use
When using SignQuick, you agree not to:
- Send fraudulent, forged, or unlawful documents
- Impersonate other people as signers without their consent
- Use the service for unlawful activities or to infringe third-party rights
- Attempt to access other users' accounts, documents, or data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Use unauthorized bots, scrapers, or other automated means
- Deliberately exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice in serious cases.
6. Content and intellectual property
6.1 Your content
You own the documents you upload and the signatures generated. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
6.2 Our intellectual property
The SignQuick name, logos, application design, source code, and all other elements of the service are the exclusive property of SignQuick and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are not granted any license to them other than the right to use the service in accordance with these terms.
7. Plans and payments
SignQuick offers subscription plans with different feature levels. Pricing and features are available at signquickapp.com.
- Payments are processed securely through the enabled payment systems
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods already started, unless required by applicable law
- We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' prior notice
8. Service availability
We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be interrupted due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Signature links have an expiration date set by the request creator. Once expired, they cannot be reactivated, and the signer must request a new link.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- SignQuick will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
- SignQuick's total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- SignQuick is not responsible for the content of documents uploaded by users or for the legal consequences of agreements signed through the platform.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignQuick, its officers, employees, and service providers from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your breach of these terms; or (c) your infringement of third-party rights.
11. Cancellation and termination
By you: You can cancel your account at any time from the “Account” section of the dashboard or by contactinglegal@signquickapp.com.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if we detect fraudulent activity, or for operational reasons with reasonable prior notice, except in cases of serious breach where action may be immediate.
After cancellation, your documents and data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, although audit records may be retained to comply with legal obligations.
12. Changes to the terms
We may change these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least30 days in advance by email or through a notice in the application. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the parties submit to the competent courts of Spain, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
