Cuando se crea una solicitud se genera un token aleatorio criptográficamente seguro. En la base de datos solo se guarda su hash SHA-256 — una huella digital irreversible. El token real solo existe en el link. Si alguien accede a la base de datos, no puede reconstruir el link original.When a request is created, a cryptographically secure random token is generated. Only its SHA-256 hash is stored in the database — an irreversible fingerprint. The real token only exists in the link. Even if someone accessed the database, they could not reconstruct the original link.

Cada acción queda registrada: cuándo se abrió el link, desde qué IP y navegador, y cuándo se firmó. Este registro no puede modificarse una vez creado. This record cannot be modified once created. If a signature is ever questioned, complete technical evidence is available.

Cada link de firma tiene una fecha de expiración definida por quien lo crea. Pasado ese plazo el link deja de funcionar automáticamente, incluso si alguien lo intercepta más tarde. Sin caducidad, no hay firma.Each signing link has an expiry date set by the requester. After that date the link stops working automatically, even if someone intercepts it later. No validity, no signature.

Son válidas para la inmensa mayoría de contratos y acuerdos comerciales: servicios, confidencialidad, presupuestos, autorizaciones, alquileres, etc.They are valid for the vast majority of commercial contracts and agreements: services, NDAs, quotes, authorizations, rentals, and more.
Excepción: algunos documentos requieren firma electrónica cualificada o intervención notarial (testamentos, escrituras, poderes notariales).
